Agreement
By using SolveM Digital's website and services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Scope, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.
Payment
Standard split is 50% to begin and 50% on launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of delivered work is transferred to the client. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is capped at fees paid for the applicable engagement.
